The Recording Society at Virginia Tech is currently seeking both artists and engineers to work on an exicting project that will showcase the local music talent in Blacksburg!

Our aim is to find 10-15 unsigned Blacksburg artists that blow us away with a live performance or audio recording. Those selected for the sampler project will have the opportunity to record a track or two with our engineers at the Virginia Tech Recording Studio!

Our goal is to complete the CD during the spring 2010 semester and host a release party at a local venue with each artist playing their track live! If you think you or someone you know has what it takes, fill out the Artist Sampler Submission Form and send it to us at recording@vt.edu!
